Float N’ Flag Dive Centre was built on a simple idea: diving should be welcoming, exciting, safe, and community-focused.

Whether you are taking your very first scuba course, continuing your education, exploring Ontario dive sites, or joining us on a group dive adventure around the world, our goal is to help you become a more confident, capable, and connected diver.

But Float N’ Flag has always been about more than scuba diving.

We believe adventure has the power to build confidence. We believe education changes lives. We believe community matters. And we believe that when people are given the opportunity to grow, they often discover they are capable of far more than they imagined.

That belief is at the heart of everything we do.

Our Dive Community

At Float N’ Flag, we are proud to offer scuba training, local diving opportunities, group dive travel (through Float N’ Flag Travel), professional development, equipment support, and a welcoming place for divers to connect.

From Open Water students to Divemasters, Instructors, travelers, families, and long-time local divers, our community is made up of people who love adventure and believe in supporting one another.

We are passionate about helping divers continue learning, gain experience, and stay active in the sport. For us, certification is not the end of the journey. It is the beginning.

Our Connection to Heroes’ Camp

Our commitment to the community extends well beyond the dive shop.

Float N’ Flag is proud to have founded in 2009 & continues to support Heroes’ Camp, a summer camp experience created to give young people from military families a week filled with encouragement, friendship, adventure, and personal growth.

Heroes’ Camp provides campers with the opportunity to try new activities (including wakeboarding & watersking), build confidence, create meaningful friendships, and experience the joy of camp in a supportive environment. Each camper can only attend once.

We believe this work matters.

Just as diving can open a new world for students and help them build confidence underwater, camp can open doors for young people by helping them feel seen, supported, and capable.

That connection is personal for us.

The same values that guide our dive centre — safety, encouragement, education, confidence, adventure, and community — are also reflected in the heart of Heroes’ Camp.

Why Giving Back Matters

Float N’ Flag is a business, but we are also a community.

We are grateful that our dive centre, travel program, staff, instructors, customers, and supporters allow us to be part of something bigger.

Through Heroes’ Camp, we have the opportunity to help create meaningful experiences for young people who may not otherwise have access to them.
