THE FUN PART: choosing your specialities

One reason you’ll love the Advanced Open Water Diver course is that you and your instructor choose from 15+ types of Adventure Dives to complete your course. This is a great way to get more dives in your log book while continuing to learn under the supervision of your PADI Instructor. This course builds upon what you’ve already learned in the OWC.

At FLOAT N FLAG the Adventure Dives we generally offer locally include Navigation, Night, Drift, Deep, Search & Recovery and Wreck. These 6 specialties best represent the type of diving most of our divers participate in, given our local environment and overall exposure to a varying cross section of diving conditions. These also include the mandatory dives required for PADI Advanced Open Water Certification.

The other knowledge and skills you get vary with your interest and the adventures you have – photography, buoyancy control, fish identification, exploring wrecks and many more. Where will your thirst for adventure take you?
