As many of you are super busy with your day to day activities and sometimes can’t figure out how to make it into the shop to talk about your next travel adventure or gear purchase, we’re excited to tell you about our new V.I.P. appointment shopping program (Just in time for Christmas Shopping, perhaps?).
Whether you’re just too busy during our regular hours, live too far away to get here on time or just know you want to really take your time exploring all the options, we understand and don’t want that to get in the way of you having a great in-store experience with us.
Our new V.I.P. appointment shopping is the answer. Simply contact the store and let us know when you’d like to book time to come and see us and what you’re looking for. We’ll confirm your time and see you at the store at the agreed upon time, ensuring we have the right people on hand to help you with whatever you need.
This is also a great way to get your gear or shop if you’re coming in as a family or group. Just this week we helped a busy family of 4 taking their Open Water lessons with us by setting up an after-hours appointment that worked for their hectic schedule. Here’s what they said…”What a brilliant idea! The staff at Float N’ Flag were amazing. They met us after hours when we were all able to get there. Between hockey and volleyball practices, it’s rare for all 4 of us to have much time together. Our shopping trip to Float N’ Flag was not only helpful but fun. We got a tour of the shop and Brad was so helpful answering all our questions. What a great idea!”
